No one knows Svetozar Nikočević, but everyone has heard of Kika. The tattooed, old bodybuilder seems like a walking threat. Arm circumference of 55 cm – he repeats it with pride, comparing himself to Schwarzenegger, but “without steroids”. Under the long beard and headscarf, a gentle giant is revealed. Knife scars on his chest, lost love, empty house. Legend or a man who doesn’t know what to do with silence?
Tamara Pavićević is a film director and producer with a focus on social commentary and genre exploration. Through her previous short films and documentaries, as well as video installations, she has dealt with themes of cultural memory, the consequences of war, mental health and coping with trauma. She has participated in prestigious programs such as the documentary workshop Ateliers Varan and the Peace Congress Berlin, further emphasizing her commitment to social engagement through film. Her master thesis in film directing explored the intersection of feminist film theory and the characterization of female characters in horror films.
