The latest statistics shows that the balance of born girls and boys in Montenegro is becoming more  and more unnatural. In 2012, the United Nations Population Fund warned and pointed out to this problem, setting Montenegro at the very top of the countries with the largest imbalance between male and female children, just along with Albania, Azerbaijan and Armenia.Since then, it seems that not much has changed. Although genetic gender testing is forbidden, modern blood tests easily reveal it at an early stage of pregnancy. The film explores why discrimination against girls has led to selective abortions  and why the cult of a son is still so strong.
